Products & Use

Do hunting cameras work without a mobile network?
Yes. Our cameras can operate autonomously using an SD card. Some models are equipped with a 4G SIM card for remote image transmission, but this is optional depending on your needs.

Are cameras effective at night?
Absolutely. All our models feature an infrared night vision system, allowing you to capture clear images even in complete darkness. The range varies depending on the model, but is generally between 15 and 30 meters.

Are the products resistant to outdoor conditions?
Yes. Our equipment is designed for use in the wild, often in harsh conditions. Our cameras, night vision binoculars, and headlamps are waterproof, rainproof, and resistant to extreme temperatures.

Can I use your products for something other than hunting?
Yes. Our products are also widely used for property surveillance, beehive or farm security, night hikes, camping, and wildlife observation.

Are headlamps rechargeable?
Most of our headlamps feature USB-rechargeable batteries, designed for long-lasting battery life and optimal performance.

Orders & Delivery

What are the processing and delivery times?
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery takes between 5 and 8 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can track your package in real time, from our warehouse to your address.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and select European countries. For delivery to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), as well as other secure payment methods offered when placing your order.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our entire site is protected by SSL, ensuring the security and encryption of your personal and banking data. All transactions are processed by reputable providers.

Returns & Guarantees

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, provided it is in its original condition. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned product.

Are the products guaranteed?
Yes. All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions. For any warranty inquiries, please contact our customer service with your order number.
